This simple spicy slaw is a perfect side or topping on tacos or pulled pork sandwiches. Use a mandoline to slice everything extra thin.
1 small head green cabbage, cored and sliced
1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced
1/4 small red onion, sliced thin
5 tsp apple cider vinegar
2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
1/2 tsp kosher salt
1 tablespoon sugar
In a large bowl use tongs to toss all the ingredients together.
