Jalapeño Slaw

Note from the cook:

This simple spicy slaw is a perfect side or topping on tacos or pulled pork sandwiches. Use a mandoline to slice everything extra thin.

  • 1 small head green cabbage, cored and sliced

  • 1 Jalapeno, seeded and minced

  • 1/4 small red onion, sliced thin

  • 5 tsp apple cider vinegar

  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 tsp kosher salt

  • 1 tablespoon sugar


  1. In a large bowl use tongs to toss all the ingredients together.
